What stood out to me during Message Moments was what Esther shared about faith. She said that faith is for seeking and not for things. She emphasized that the faith which pleases God comes from diligently seeking Him, not from focusing on outcomes. This shifted my perspective and reminded me that my hope should not be in the outcome, but in God Himself. When He shows up, it is His nature and who He is that is revealed, and the relationship with Him is what brings the results.

Furthermore, this made me think about whether I have been seeking God for who He is or for what He can do. The reminder that faith without works is dead and that faith without obedience is dead also showed me that true faith requires action and alignment. In the same way, the statement that my calling is revealed in the seeking encouraged me to pursue God to a greater degree, trusting that God answers me because of my relationship with Him.

Additionally, Luke’s reminder about choosing which king to serve also reinforced this for me. It made it clear that when I choose the kings of this world, I place myself in a position where I am drawn into their system and the flesh pulls me back. The scriptures he mentioned, like Romans 8:13 and Romans 12:1–2, confirmed the importance of not living according to the flesh but being transformed by the renewing of my mind. Matthew 6:33 stood out again as a call to seek first the Kingdom of God and to let that be the foundation of how I live.

To conclude, Message Moments has impacted me by bringing me back to the simplicity of my relationship with God. It reminded me to make a quality decision about which King I will serve daily and to let God’s Word rule me. It also made me aware that I cannot have dominion over things that have dominion over me, which calls me to greater discipline and surrender. Practically, I want to apply this by choosing to seek God first, using my faith for my assignment, and walking in obedience even in the small and unseen areas of my life.
